It has a deep ruby red color with slight garnet hues perceptible with aging. Intense and persistent bouquet with fruity and spicy notes resulting from the combination of the various grape varieties present and the time spent in oak. Full and soft it broadens on the palate with a marked savoriness that stands out for its remarkable persistence.
It pairs perfectly with all savory first courses and with red meats and game both roasted and stewed. Also excellent paired with selections of aged cheeses.
